To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following salon policies before your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS

A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service when you attend your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the $50 deposit.

If a same-day cancellation or missed appointment occurs due to a reasonable or unavoidable circumstance, LS HAIR STUDIO may allow the deposit to be transferred to a future booking at our discretion.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. In some cases, the full scheduled service fee may still apply.

COLOUR RESULTS & HAIR INTEGRITY

Hair colour results can vary depending on your hair’s current condition, previous colour history and natural pigment.

While every effort is made to achieve the desired result discussed during consultation, specific outcomes cannot always be guaranteed in a single appointment.

In some cases, achieving certain colour goals may require multiple appointments to maintain the health and integrity of the hair.

LS HAIR STUDIO reserves the right to adjust or decline services where proceeding may compromise the condition of the hair.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

If you have concerns about your service, please contact LS HAIR STUDIO within 7 days of your appointment so we can review the result.

Where appropriate, we may offer a complimentary adjustment.

Please note that adjustments do not apply where the client has changed their mind about the agreed result, or where hair has been altered by another salon after the appointment.

Clients are encouraged to disclose all previous colour history during consultation to ensure accurate service planning and the best possible results.
